Course introduction:
Video Ambulatory EEG has seen many changes over the past two decades. We will explore who should be performing Video Ambulatory EEG, some reasons to perform these procedures, and how to accomplish these procedures with enhanced quality at the forefront. Join us for explanations of CPT coding, building the business case, exploring hardware solutions, and managing logistics.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the rationale for conducting Video Ambulatory EEG studies on selected patients
- Know why would neurologists refer patients outside of their own practice for these procedures
- Know how can neurologists perform these monitored EEG procedures in their own practice or facility without adding more staff?

Steven Estes
Steven Estes loves providing services that make sense for patients, providers, and payers. He has been in neurodiagnostics for the past 32 years and was the founder of Global Neuro-Diagnostics (GND) back in 2006 that operated across seven states. Disappointed to see GND close and with physicians looking for long-term solutions, Steven, along with his business partner Keith Arrants, opened Integris Neuro in 2019 and has made it his mission to put the Neurologist back on top again through taking care of patients in the most effective ways. Steven also developed a dual video EEG device back in 2012 and has a patent pending on the Integris Neuro Conversion Kit being used in many states across the United States.
