Objectives:
At the completion of this course, candidates will be expected to be proficient in scoring: Sleep Stages, Respiratory Events, EEG Arousals, Periodic Limb Movements, EMG and other movement disorders, Multiple Sleep Latency Test and Maintenance of Wakefulness Test, Artifact correction, Troubleshooting technical problems, Scoring unusual PSG manifestations using the latest AASM (American Academy of Sleep Medicine) Scoring Guidelines.
Intended Audience:
The course is aimed at helping Sleep Technologists and Technicians identify and properly score sleep related events and recognize artifact.

Belinda is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with almost 30 years of experience in the field of Sleep Medicine. Belinda started her career as an acquisition and scoring technologist and also worked as a Sleep Center Manager. She worked as a Product Trainer and Clinical Application Specialist for a number of years and is currently a Senior Product Manager for Natus Neuro.
