Who Should Attend

This course is designed for biomedical engineers who are responsible for maintaining and servicing the Viking EDX systems.

Duration

Objectives

This course emphasizes system operation, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting problems to the module level. Descriptions of each module include functional blocks, signal flow
and trouble shooting techniques. Time is structured for hands-on experience. On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • State the function of each system module.
  • Use diagnostic aids to troubleshoot and prove the integrity of the system.
  • Isolate system failures to the module level.
  • Perform a preventative maintenance check.

Prerequisites

Course participants should have a working knowledge of PC hardware and the Windows 10 operating system.
