Clinical Case Study: aEEG Monitoring In Neonates With Severe Intracranial Hemorrhage

Clinical case study

This newborn was born at 25 weeks gestation and transferred from an outside hospital. Her mother was G1P0. Maternal history was significant for gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism, E Coli and Klebsiella UTIs, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and PROM. GBS status was unknown. She received Ampicillin, Betamethasone and magnesium sulfate prior to delivery. She was delivered via C-section for breech presentation.
