aEEG has become a standard bedside tool in many hospitals for monitoring the brains of infants with HIE undergoing therapeutic hypothermia and many other neurologic conditions, especially where seizures are suspected. Careful identification of artefacts in the trace and managing these is the key to success in any aEEG program.
This eSeminar is designed to help the clinician identify and eliminate artefacts in the aEEG trace during bedside brain monitoring and the importance of evaluation of the raw EEG tracing in identifying this situation.
