This newborn was born at 25 weeks gestation and transferred from an outside hospital.
Her mother was G1P0. Maternal history was significant for gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism, E Coli and Klebsiella UTIs, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and
PROM. GBS status was unknown. She received Ampicillin, Betamethasone and magnesium sulfate prior to delivery.
She was delivered via C-section for breech presentation.
