Natus Synergy & Viking EDX - September

The objective of the Natus Synergy and Viking EDX System Support Training Course is to provide support individuals with the knowledge, resources, and tools to effectively maintain and troubleshoot Natus Synergy and Viking EDX EMG/EP systems.

Upon completion of the course, the participant will:

• Have a basic working knowledge of how to operate the equipment
• Have a technical understanding of the hardware and software components
• Be able to assemble the hardware components into a functioning system, configure them and quickly determine a point of failure
• State the function of each system module
• Use diagnostic aids to manipulate software components
• Perform a periodic maintenance check
